Kamilah Harper-Perrodin, Instructor

RYT 500 - Kamilah has been teaching yoga since 2016. She recently moved back to Ohio from Florida where she spent the last 8 years living and teaching yoga. Overall, she has experience teaching beginner yoga, yin, vinyasa, hatha, and veteran’s yoga (particularly for those suffering from PTSD).

In each of Kamilah’s yoga classes, she loves to share the joy and abundance of energy that comes from practicing yoga with her students. When Kamilah is not teaching yoga or taking classes at Balancing Owl, you can typically expect her to be cuddled up with a good book and her three kitties, or doing something outdoorsy (long boarding, hiking, or running)!
